We are a 100% digital company and all products are e-tickets/digital entry passes. In order for us to monitor the market and offer the lowest prices, we manually book each ticket verifying all details prior to confirming.
All tickets are sent to your email address within 72 business hours from ordering. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received by this point. It should be noted Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando tickets can take up to 96 hours to be prepared and sent.
Theme Park Direct have a team dedicated to monitoring the marketplace daily to ensure we are the best priced. To this extent, we do offer a price beat guarantee on all tickets (UK are against regular, non sale prices).
Yes, our tickets will allow you to load your reservation number to the Disney App to make reservations and plan your trip.
In order to offer full transparency, we only offer group discounts on the purchase on 15 Adult tickets or more. This is available on the Non-UK and UK specific tickets with the prices handled by each individual office.
All Disney tickets require park reservations so please check availability prior to confirming.
