Disney World is one of the most popular family vacation destinations in the world. But have you visited Animal Kingdom? Here are all the details about Animal Kingdom, from its plant life to its animals.
What to Expect
Animal Kingdom is home to more than 1,700 animals from 250 species. You can see them in naturalistic settings throughout the park, including the Africa section with its savanna and Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail.
The park also offers a variety of shows and attractions featuring animals, such as the Kilimanjaro Safaris ride and the popular Festival of the Lion King stage show. In addition, there are several dining options available, including character meals with some of your favorite Disney characters dressed as animals.
The Best Times to Visit
There are a few things to consider when trying to decide when the best time for you to visit Disney World’s Animal Kingdom is. The biggest factor is whether or not you want to experience the park during its busiest times or less crowded times. Obviously, the busier the park is, the more people there will be in line for attractions and shows and the more likely it will be that Genie Service will be necessary. However, some people prefer visiting when the parks are at their busiest because they enjoy being around lots of people and seeing the parks come alive.
If you’re someone who prefers a less crowded environment, visiting during one of Disney World’s quieter periods may be a better option for you. The next thing to think about is what kind of weather you would prefer. If you’re looking to escape the cold weather up north of from Europe, visiting Disney World in the winter might be a good option for you. However, keep in mind that Florida can get pretty chilly in the winter as well, so pack accordingly.
On the other hand, if you want to avoid hot and humid weather, visiting during fall or spring may be better suited for you. Lastly, take into consideration any special events or holidays that may be occurring during your potential visit as these can also affect how busy the park is as well as hotel prices. Overall, there is no perfect time to visit Disney World’s Animal Kingdom – it ultimately depends on your preferences and what works best for
