More About This Ticket

This ticket includes admission for one guest to both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure, with more than one park permitted on the same day. It may be used on any two calendar days within a period of four consecutive calendar days, beginning on and including the selected date. The valid period runs from the selected event date through three days afterwards. The ticket expires in full on the expiration date printed on it, and any unused days are forfeited. It is non-refundable and non-transferable, and the same person must use it on both days.

The parks this ticket covers are listed in the ticket details above.

The 2-Day Park-to-Park Ticket gives one guest admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure, with the freedom to visit both theme parks on the same day. Universal Studios Florida brings the world of film and television into a lively theme park setting. Its themed areas combine large-scale attractions, entertainment and detailed streetscapes, making it a strong choice for visitors who enjoy recognisable stories and the atmosphere of a working entertainment destination. The experience blends energetic attractions with places to slow down, explore the surroundings and take in the changing character of each area. Universal Islands of Adventure has a more adventurous feel. The park is arranged around a collection of distinct themed islands, each with its own visual style and storytelling. It is particularly well suited to guests who enjoy bold scenery, imaginative environments and thrill-focused attractions, while still offering a varied theme park day for families. Together, the two parks offer contrasting experiences within Universal Orlando Resort. Universal Studios Florida focuses strongly on screen-inspired settings and entertainment, while Universal Islands of Adventure places greater emphasis on exploration and adventure. Park-to-park admission lets you shape each day around both styles, whether you prefer to spend longer in one park or divide your time between them.

How the 4-day window works

You choose a start date when you book. The ticket then covers any 2 of the 4 consecutive calendar days that begin on that date, so a ticket starting on May 10 can be used on any 2 days from May 10 to May 13. The days do not have to be in a row: you can leave a pool day, a Disney day or a rest day in between. After day 4 the ticket expires, and a day you have not used is lost.

Two park-to-park days

Two days with park-to-park admission gives time to see both original parks properly and to ride the Hogwarts Express in both directions, from King's Cross in Universal Studios Florida and Hogsmeade Station in Islands of Adventure. Epic Universe is not included on 2-day tickets; the 3-Day Park-to-Park ticket adds it, and the 2-Day Park-to-Park PLUS 1-Day Epic Universe promo ticket adds a separate Epic day. The tables below compare them at today's prices.

Your tickets are digital. They are emailed to you and saved in your Theme Park Direct account, and there is nothing to collect and no voucher to exchange before you travel. The reference on your ticket is what gets you in, so you can go straight to the park gates with it on your phone. If you would rather not use your phone at the gate, you have two options: load the reference into the park operator's own app from 30 days before your start date, or swap it for hard copy passes at a ticket window when you arrive. Both are optional and neither is needed to get in.

Our team issues your tickets after payment and uploads them to your account, and we email you when they are ready. Universal tickets usually arrive the same day; Disney tickets are issued by hand and take up to 24 working hours. If you pay by standard bank transfer, we start once the funds arrive.

These tickets are non-refundable once booked. If your plans change, contact our support team before your visit and we will tell you what your ticket allows.

It depends on the ticket. Contact our support team before your visit with your order number and the new date, and we will tell you whether the park and supplier allow it. Please do not assume a change is possible before we confirm it.
