Blue Man Group Orlando - Category 1 seating

Your tickets are digital. They are emailed to you and saved in your Theme Park Direct account, and there is nothing to collect and no voucher to exchange before you travel. The reference on your ticket is what gets you in, so you can go straight to the park gates with it on your phone. If you would rather not use your phone at the gate, you have two options: load the reference into the park operator's own app from 30 days before your start date, or swap it for hard copy passes at a ticket window when you arrive. Both are optional and neither is needed to get in.

Our team issues your tickets after payment and uploads them to your account, and we email you when they are ready. Universal tickets usually arrive the same day; Disney tickets are issued by hand and take up to 24 working hours. If you pay by standard bank transfer, we start once the funds arrive.

These tickets are non-refundable once booked. If your plans change, contact our support team before your visit and we will tell you what your ticket allows.

It depends on the ticket. Contact our support team before your visit with your order number and the new date, and we will tell you whether the park and supplier allow it. Please do not assume a change is possible before we confirm it.

Yes. Theme Park Direct is a reseller, and every ticket is official and fully valid for entry.

On eligible Florida park tickets booked well ahead of travel you can pay a deposit today and settle the balance closer to your trip. If your dates qualify, the deposit option appears in the booking panel.

This ticket is paid for by debit or credit card, in USD.

No. This ticket is priced and paid for in USD only, so the checkout shows USD. If your card is in another currency, your card provider handles the conversion. The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden booking fees.

Our support team is here to help before and after you book. You can reach us any time via the contact page.
