Theme Park purchases – Terms & Conditions
We act as an agent for the theme parks in all transactions and all clients are subject to the individual terms of access for each provider. These are available from the individual parks for whom you purchase.
Ticket type
ThemeParkDirect.com sell e-tickets for all attractions with these emailed to the clients email address within 7 days from booking. By confirming the booking, clients understand tickets are not automatically generated. We do not mail physical tickets to any address.
Cancellations
If tickets have been generated and they are linked to a live My Disney Experience account, the tickets are non-refundable.
All other attractions can be moved to any other date up to 5 days prior to travel. The tickets then become non-refundable. We have a £50/$60/€55 per person booking cancellation fee where we are instructed to cancel.
If you book a package containing Disney tickets which are linked to My Disney Experience we will ONLY refund the portion of the tickets applicable.
All refunds take 7-14 days to be returned to the same card on which the original transaction was placed.
Our policy on all other tickets are:
30 Days of more before the ticket start date – 40% fee
30 Days or under – 100% fee

Ticket delivery
Your tickets will be sent to your email address provided on the booking within 7 working days through normal working hours.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the rates. We do not guarantee any price until the full payment has been made.
Prices
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without any reason. Should a price decrease, we not provide any refunds in the price.
Ticket safety
Once you receive the email with the tickets, please retain keep them safe as they have a cash value. Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the party
External circumstances
We will not accept liability or offer compensation if our performance or that of any of our suppliers is affected by an event beyond our control (force majeure) including war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, pandemics, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, bad weather conditions, technical problems to transport, temporary or permanent closure of attractions or any other force majeure. In all cases, we act as an agent for the parks and you agree to abide by the relevant suppliers terms and conditions which are available upon entry to the parks.
Walt Disney World also include the below clause which is accepted by all clients:
Parks, attractions or entertainment may change operating hours; close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort. The owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort shall not be liable for non-utilization of ticket components or loss of recreational opportunities due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, special or premium events or any circumstances beyond their control. No refunds are given in force majeure unless specifically offered from the parks. Furthermore, no refunds are offered for part usage of activated tickets. Credits will only be offered directly from the attraction concerned. It is a condition of sale the client has sufficient insurance coverage in place to cover any cancellation eventuality.
It is the client responsibility to check availability and validate usage for Walt Disney World prior to booking. We accept no responsibility to any non-availability of parks if booked and no reservations are available.
Lost / Stolen Tickets
Upon collection of the tickets, we suggest you take a picture of the rear of the tickets incase they are lost. We are unable to provide new tickets once the e-tickets are sent.
Agency
At all times we act as an agent for the relevant supplier (theme park) and you are subject to all terms of business imposed at any time by this supplier.
Ticket dates
When booking online, we request a date of travel. This information is to ensure passes are delivered in advance of travel and for statistical purposes. All tickets are open dated for the year in which they are purchased and can be used at any point. Customers understand that tickets are not set to the specific date and no date restrictions are set on tickets and therefore we do not need to be advised on any change of travel plan if within the same year
