Theme Park Direct
Florida theme park tickets, sold by a UK team who have actually stood in the queue.
Why we are here
Nobody remembers the booking. They remember the face their kid pulled on the first drop. We exist to get you from one to the other with as little friction, small print and last minute fee nonsense as possible.
Orlando. The only patch we cover, and the reason the rest of this exists.
Our story
Theme Park Direct was founded in 2009 by people who kept being asked the same question by friends: which Disney ticket do we actually need? The honest answer was that nobody could tell, because the options were written for the parks rather than for the family standing in the kitchen trying to work out if a fortnight was affordable.
So we started buying properly, selling plainly, and explaining the bit everyone else skipped. Over 30 years of combined experience across travel and tourism went into working out which tickets are worth the upgrade, which parks reward an early start, and which weeks of the year quietly cost half as much for the same holiday.
It is not where you go. It is what you do when you get there.
We have never widened past Florida, and that is deliberate. Plenty of sites will sell you a ticket for anywhere on earth and know nothing about any of it. We would rather cover one place properly: every Orlando park, every ticket type, every combination, including the ones the parks make deliberately hard to compare.
Alongside the tickets we give away the tools we built for ourselves. Live wait time boards. Crowd calendars going back a decade. A planner that tells you which park to do on which day. None of it is behind a paywall, because a family that plans well has a better holiday, and a family that has a better holiday comes back.
How we work
Values are easy to write and easy to ignore. These are the rules we argue about in the office, which is the only test that counts.
Anyone can sell you a barcode. We tell you which park to do on which day, what to skip, and when the queues die down.
The price on the ticket is the price you pay by card. Nothing gets bolted on at the final screen to make the total climb.
If a ticket needs linking to a My Disney Experience account, we say so on the confirmation, not after the support email arrives.
We sell Florida park tickets and nothing else. A narrow catalogue is the only way to know every ticket in it.
A UK team who have walked the parks, not a queue ticket in an offshore contact centre.
Nobody remembers the checkout. They remember the seventh ride on the Hulk. We build backwards from that.

Open itThe long version
A small UK team with one idea: get families into Florida parks for less, without the small print.
More people, more parks, and the first of the insider guides that still run the site today.
Enough repeat families that Orlando stopped feeling like a destination and started feeling like a patch we look after.
A new name, and the full Florida line up behind it: Universal, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove and the water parks alongside Disney.
Same team, bigger catalogue, same rule about never adding a fee at the last screen.
Every booking, every time
We match any competitor's price and offer exclusive deals you will not find at the gate.
Help before you book, while you are away and after you are home, from people who know the parks.
Free cancellation and date changes on most tickets, because plans move and kids get chickenpox.
Bank level security on every transaction, with deposits and balance payments where you need them.
The difference
From guests
“The ticket suited our three park plans. Iron Gwazi was terrifying in the best way, while Aquatica gave us a welcome slower day.”
“This ticket was ideal for teenagers: they loved Mako, Manta and Pipeline at SeaWorld, with Busch Gardens even better. Not paying separately for food was useful.”
“Getting our tickets was straightforward, and slowing down made our second Magic Kingdom visit much better!”

Yes. Every ticket is bought through authorised supply channels and is the same ticket you would buy at the gate, valid for the same entry. Multi day and combo tickets arrive ready to link to your park app before you fly.
Pay by card and the price shown on the ticket is the price you pay, with no fee or surcharge added at the final screen. If you choose to pay by Direct Debit instead, a small booking fee applies and is shown in your basket before you confirm.
Yes. Checkout requires a free account because your tickets are delivered into it, which keeps your barcodes behind a login rather than sitting in an email inbox.
You get a confirmation straight away, then your tickets in your account. Where a ticket needs linking to a park app such as My Disney Experience, the instructions come with it rather than after you ask. If anything is unclear you can call or email the UK team.
