Universal's UK tickets depend on your start date:
- Start dates from 20 October 2026 to 24 March 2027: the Universal Orlando 3 Park Adventure Ticket, from £358.81 per adult. It covers Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe.
- Start dates from 25 March 2027: the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket, from £407.92 per adult, which adds Volcano Bay.
Epic Universe is included on both. Each ticket page shows the exact price for your start date.
Epic Universe Changes Everything
Universal's Epic Universe is the biggest thing to happen to Orlando in a generation: five themed worlds including Super Nintendo World, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Ministry of Magic, How to Train Your Dragon's Isle of Berk and Dark Universe, headlined by the Stardust Racers dual racing coaster and Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge. Volcano Bay's refurbishment. Universal's tropical water park is scheduled for an extended seasonal closure from late October 2026, with reopening planned for spring 2027. If your trip falls inside that window, the 3 Park Adventure is the smart buy, as it covers the three open theme parks at a lower price. Travelling in summer while Volcano Bay is open? Do I have to start on the date I choose?
The 14 days start on the date you choose when you book, not on your first visit. Universal's UK tickets run for 14 consecutive days from that start date. You can make your first visit later in those 14 days, but the days before it are lost, and the ticket ends 14 days after the start date either way. A ticket starting on 24 March with a first park day of 30 March leaves 8 days, so choose your first park day as the start date.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes, for trips in 2027. Book at least 12 weeks before you travel and you can secure the 3 Park Adventure 2027, the All Parks 2027 or the 2027 Disney and Universal Combo with a £10 deposit per booking, then pay the balance 8 weeks before your travel date. If you would rather pay in full, the booking panel shows any saving for paying in full on your dates.
When is Universal Orlando quietest?
Across Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, the quietest months from 2022 to 2025 were September, May and November, and the busiest were July, March and April. The table shows the average daily crowd level for each month on Queue-Times' 0 to 100% scale, where higher means busier.

Do UK Universal Orlando tickets really give 14 days unlimited entry?
Yes. The UK-market multi-park tickets sold here give unlimited entry to every included park for 14 consecutive days from the start date you choose, with park-to-park freedom, a structure US day guests cannot buy at the gate. One ticket covers your whole fortnight.
Is Epic Universe included in these tickets?
Yes. Both the 3 Park Adventure and the All Parks tickets include unlimited visits to Epic Universe alongside Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. There is no separate Epic Universe ticket to buy.
What is the difference between the 3 Park Adventure and All Parks tickets?
One park: Volcano Bay. The 3 Park Adventure covers the three theme parks; All Parks adds unlimited access to the Volcano Bay water park. How are the tickets delivered?
Your tickets are digital. They are emailed to you and saved in your Theme Park Direct account, and there is nothing to collect and no voucher to exchange before you travel. The reference on your ticket is what gets you in, so you can go straight to the park gates with it on your phone. If you would rather not use your phone at the gate, you have two options: add the reference to the Universal Orlando Resort app from 30 days before your start date, or swap it for hard copy passes at a ticket window when you arrive. Both are optional and neither is needed to get in.
Do I need to book which park I visit each day?
Universal does not require you to pre-choose your park day-by-day the way Disney sometimes has; your multi-park ticket lets you turn up at whichever included park you fancy, and switch parks during the day.
Is the Express Pass included with these tickets?
No. Universal Express is a separate queue-skipping add-on covering rides at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. It is priced per day and is most valuable in peak season, when it can double what you fit into a day.
Can I combine Universal with Disney on one ticket?
Yes. The Disney and Universal Combo covers all four Universal parks for 14 consecutive days and all six Disney World parks on any 14 days within an 18-day window, making it the most comprehensive Orlando ticket you can buy.
When is Universal Orlando quietest?

Can my first visit be after my ticket's start date?
Yes, but the 14 days still run from the start date. Universal's UK tickets last 14 consecutive days from the start date you choose, so any days before your first visit are lost. Choose your first park day as the start date.
When can I add my tickets to the Universal app?
From 30 days before your ticket start date. Go to universalorlando.com/get-tickets, ideally on a computer, and enter the reference starting "ABI" exactly as it is printed on your ticket document. Before the 30 days Universal does not accept it, which is the usual reason for a "we hit a snag" message. Adding them is optional: you can also show the reference at the gate or swap it for hard copy passes at a ticket window.
Why is there no barcode on my Universal ticket?
That is normal. Your ticket document carries your Universal Orlando Confirmation Number, starting "ABI", and your scannable tickets appear in the Universal Orlando Resort app once you add that reference to your Universal account.
Can I pay a deposit for Universal tickets?
Yes, for travel in 2027 when you book at least 12 weeks ahead. A £10 deposit per booking secures the tickets, and the balance is due 8 weeks before you travel.
Am I charged in pounds or dollars?
In pounds. These tickets are priced and paid for in pounds sterling, and you can pay by card or by bank transfer.
How long do Universal tickets take to arrive?
Our team issues tickets by hand after payment and uploads them to your Theme Park Direct account, which takes up to 48 business hours. We email you as soon as they are ready, and you download them from My Orders.
Do children need a ticket?
Children under 3 go free and do not need a ticket. Children aged 3 to 9 need a child ticket, and everyone aged 10 and over needs an adult ticket.
Does my hotel include Universal Express?
Only Universal's three Premier hotels include Universal Express Unlimited: the Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. It is included for every guest on a paid stay there, for the length of the stay. Other hotels, including other Universal hotels, do not include Express.
Can I cancel my Universal tickets?
Ticket payments, including deposits, are not refundable once taken. You can add Ticket Protection to your order for £25: if you cancel up to 3 days before your Universal ticket's start date, it gives a full refund of the ticket price, less the Ticket Protection fee.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find the same ticket cheaper for the same start date, we will match the price. Email tickets@themeparkdirect.com with a link to the other seller's page showing the ticket, the start date, the number of tickets and the total price, and the team will reply by email.
Do you offer discount codes or an NHS or Blue Light discount?
No. We do not offer discount codes, and there is no NHS, Blue Light or military discount. The price on each ticket page is the live price for your dates, and any current offers are shown on the site.
