Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Theme Park Direct website and your purchase of tickets, passes, experiences and related products ("Products") through it. Please read them carefully. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
Theme Park Direct is a specialist travel and attractions ticketing business that has been helping guests visit theme parks and attractions since 2009. We act as an authorised reseller of tickets supplied by theme park operators and their official distributors. The tickets you buy from us are therefore also subject to the terms, park rules and conditions of entry of the relevant attraction operator, in addition to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from us. You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout and, where you create an account, for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out under your account.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated and include any taxes that we are required to charge. Prices for attraction tickets can change frequently and are only guaranteed once your order has been confirmed and paid for. While we take care to keep pricing accurate, if we discover a genuine error in the price of a Product you have ordered we will contact you before processing your order so you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
4. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy the selected Products. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation and/or deliver your tickets. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where a Product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing or description error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order for these reasons we will issue a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our own systems. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery of tickets
Tickets are normally delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout, either immediately or within the timeframe stated on the relevant Product page. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your inbox and spam/junk folders. If you have not received your tickets within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team. Some Products may require activation or exchange at the attraction; any such requirement will be set out on the Product page or your confirmation.
7. Validity and use of tickets
Each Product has its own validity period, usage rules and conditions, which are shown on the relevant Product page. You are responsible for checking these before purchase and for using your tickets within their validity. Tickets are generally valid only for the named guest(s), are non-transferable unless stated otherwise, and must be used in accordance with the attraction operator's park rules. The operator may refuse admission or remove any guest who breaches those rules, and we are not responsible for such decisions.
8. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Your right to amend, cancel or obtain a refund depends on the specific Product and is set out on its Product page and your confirmation. Many attraction tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable once issued, because they are date- or event-specific. Where a refund or amendment is available, it will be processed in line with those conditions and any refund will be made to your original payment method. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected by this clause.
9. Attraction operations
Attractions, rides, shows and facilities may close, change opening hours, or alter their line-up at the operator's discretion and without notice, for reasons including maintenance, weather, capacity or safety. Such changes are outside our control and do not, by themselves, entitle you to a refund from us unless the relevant operator offers one.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for losses arising from your failure to follow ticket or attraction conditions, or for the acts, omissions and operational decisions of attraction operators and third parties. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Theme Park Direct and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our permission. Theme park, attraction and brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please review this page periodically.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
15. Contact us
If you have any questions about these Terms or your order, please get in touch via our contact page and our support team will be happy to help.
