Do I have to start on the date I choose?
The 18 days count from the start date you choose when you book, not from your first visit. Within that window you can use any 14 days: a ticket starting on 22 October can be used on any 14 days up to and including 8 November. Choose your first park day as the start date, because days before your first visit still count towards the 18.
The Disney and Universal Combo works the same way for its Disney half. Its Universal half is different: it runs for 14 consecutive days from its start date.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes, for trips in 2027. Book at least 12 weeks before you travel and you can secure your tickets with a £10 deposit per booking, then pay the balance 8 weeks before your travel date. The 14 Day Magic Ticket and the 2027 Disney and Universal Combo both qualify. If you would rather pay in full, the booking panel shows any saving for paying in full on your dates.
When is Disney World quietest?
Across Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, the quietest months from 2022 to 2025 were September, August and May, and the busiest were February, March and January. If it still fails, Disney ticket support on +1 407 934 7639 can link or reassign tickets over the phone.
Do I need to print my Disney tickets?
No. Once your tickets are linked to My Disney Experience they appear in the app on your phone, and you use your phone or a MagicBand at the gate.
Can I cancel my Disney tickets?
Ticket payments, including deposits, are not refundable once taken. You can add Ticket Protection to your order for £25: if you cancel before your Disney ticket's start date, it gives a full refund of the ticket price, less the Ticket Protection fee.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find the same ticket cheaper for the same start date, we will match the price. Email tickets@themeparkdirect.com with a link to the other seller's page showing the ticket, the start date, the number of tickets and the total price, and the team will reply by email.
Do you offer discount codes or an NHS or Blue Light discount?
