Monsters Unchained exceeded expectations and was our most atmospheric ride. Epic Universe was easy to navigate.

The tickets worked exactly as described too. Universal food cost us more than we'd expected, but our park days were excellent. Islands of Adventure was our favourite, and we'd have happily spent another day there.

Isle of Berk was a pleasant surprise, with more for our younger child than I'd expected. The only drawback was visiting on a very hot day, when the heat was harder than the queues.

Super Nintendo World was much busier than expected when we first arrived, so we left and returned later. It was far more enjoyable the second time, and we had no trouble using the ticket.

Epic Universe was the main draw.
Booked this year's trip mainly for Epic Universe, and the ticket purchase and confirmation were both straightforward. Super Nintendo World was packed when we visited, but the level of detail was fantastic. Our youngest was completely absorbed by it.

Harry Potter sections were the family highlight. We browsed the shops for ages, returned after dark, and got inside without any issues.
