The ticket is not valid for the Hogwarts Express. It excludes separately ticketed events and venues at Universal theme parks or CityWalk, parking, and discounts on food or merchandise unless otherwise stated. Some CityWalk venues require guests to be aged 21 or over. Parks, attractions and entertainment may close or change because of refurbishment, capacity, weather or special events. The reference on your ticket is what gets you in, so you can go straight to the park gates with it on your phone. If you would rather not use your phone at the gate, you have two options: load the reference into the park operator's own app from 3 days before your start date, or swap it for hard copy passes at a ticket window when you arrive. Both are optional and neither is needed to get in.
When you pay by card or instant bank transfer your tickets are issued automatically once payment is confirmed. If you pay by standard bank transfer, your tickets are issued once we receive the funds.
