Additionally, last-mile transportation is included, allowing you to travel from the station to any location within a five-mile radius in South Florida via a complimentary Uber ride. PREMIUM service is priced per individual.
Booking Information
When booking your journey, please be aware that departures are available for specific time slots. You will need to select your preferred departure time from Orlando during the booking process. Confirmation of your booking will be provided by Gray Line within the requested departure window, along with your exact train departure time via email.
To access the train platform, you must accept the e-tickets from Brightline on your electronic device and scan the barcode upon arrival at the station.
After booking, you have a 24-hour window to communicate with Gray Line. Please send an email including your Hotelbeds reference, the name of the lead traveler, their email address, and the date of birth for each passenger. More detailed information will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
Your journey will conclude at Brightline Miami Central Station, located at 600 NW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33136.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your tickets are digital. They are emailed to you and saved in your Theme Park Direct account, and there is nothing to collect and no voucher to exchange before you travel. The reference on your ticket is what gets you in, so you can go straight to the park gates with it on your phone. If you would rather not use your phone at the gate, you have two options: load the reference into the park operator's own app from 3 days before your start date, or swap it for hard copy passes at a ticket window when you arrive. Both are optional and neither is needed to get in.
When you pay by card or instant bank transfer your tickets are issued automatically once payment is confirmed. If you pay by standard bank transfer, your tickets are issued once we receive the funds.
