Special hours apply on December 23rd and 26th, as well as January 1st, with tours commencing just after 9 a.m. and continuing until 3:30 p.m., with the last tour departing at 5 p.m. when the exhibits close. On December 24th, tours will begin just after 9 a.m. and run every 20-30 minutes until the final tour at 2 p.m.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and those under 6 years old are required to wear a life jacket for safety. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% service charge, and no-shows are non-refundable. Boats depart every 20 to 30 minutes from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the last boat leaving at 5 p.m. We recommend arriving no later than 4 p.m. as the animal exhibits close at 5 p.m. Reservations are essential, as tours often sell out due to their popularity.
Lastly, please be informed that standard transfer rates cover regular luggage only. Any oversized items, such as sports equipment including golf bags, surfboards, or bicycles, will incur an additional fee of $20 USD per item.
