Go to the second staircase and make a right. The meeting point is directly behind Victoria's Secret. Customers need to check-in at the ticket kiosk prior to boarding. The ticket kiosk is located at the north end of the marina behind Victoria’s Secret and Pier 5 parking lot // Duration: 90 Minutes // Included: Guide. Live commentary // Not included: Food. Drinks. Parking // Mandatory instructions: Remember to bring the voucher and valid photo ID with you. This tour operates rain or shine, however in case of severe weather or if there is a mechanical failure, the boat will not leave the harbour and you will be given a voucher for another time of your choosing. Parking prices at the Bayside Marketplace meeting point start at $10 for 2 hours but change based on capacity and demand. If you miss your original reservation, your tickets become open vouchers that can be used on any tour based on availability 7 days a week from 10:30am to 7:30pm with tours going out every 30 minutes.
