Frequently Asked Questions
Your tickets are digital. They are emailed to you and saved in your Theme Park Direct account, and there is nothing to collect and no voucher to exchange before you travel. The reference on your ticket is what gets you in, so you can go straight to the park gates with it on your phone. If you would rather not use your phone at the gate, you have two options: load the reference into the park operator's own app from 30 days before your start date, or swap it for hard copy passes at a ticket window when you arrive. Both are optional and neither is needed to get in.
Our team issues your tickets after payment and uploads them to your account, and we email you when they are ready. Universal tickets usually arrive the same day; Disney tickets are issued by hand and take up to 24 working hours. If you pay by standard bank transfer, we start once the funds arrive.
Cancellation terms are shown for your selected date and option in the booking panel before you pay. Where a free-cancellation window applies it is stated there; otherwise the cancellation charges shown will apply. If you need to change your date, contact our support team and we will help where the supplier allows.
