Yes. The ticket runs for 14 consecutive calendar days, starting on and including the date you choose, and then expires. Unused days are not carried over, so choose the date of your first Universal visit, or the first day of your fortnight if you are splitting it with Disney.

Yes, Epic Universe is included, and you can visit as often as you like while the ticket is valid. There is no need to reserve an Epic Universe day in advance.

Yes. The ticket includes park-to-park access, so you can ride the Hogwarts Express between King's Cross in Universal Studios Florida and Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure.

No. Volcano Bay is closed for refurbishment from 26 October 2026, with reopening planned on or before 24 March 2027, and the 3 Park Adventure Ticket is the Universal ticket for trips during the closure. For trips once it reopens, the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket adds Volcano Bay.

No. Universal Express is a separate, paid queue-skipping add-on for rides at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. It is most useful in the busiest weeks of the year.

Not on the same ticket, but most families visit both. Add the Disney World 14 Day Magic Ticket, or see the Disney and Universal combo tickets that cover both resorts on one booking.

Your tickets are digital. They are emailed to you and saved in your Theme Park Direct account, and there is nothing to collect and no voucher to exchange before you travel. The reference on your ticket is what gets you in, so you can go straight to the park gates with it on your phone. If you would rather not use your phone at the gate, you have two options: load the reference into the park operator's own app from 30 days before your start date, or swap it for hard copy passes at a ticket window when you arrive. Both are optional and neither is needed to get in.

When you pay by card or instant bank transfer your tickets are issued automatically once payment is confirmed. If you pay by standard bank transfer, your tickets are issued once we receive the funds.
