Discovery Cove was exactly the slower day we needed in the middle of a busy Orlando holiday. Our daughter loved the dolphin swim, while I preferred snorkelling around the reef. Having food included meant we could simply enjoy the day.

There was plenty for our daughter to enjoy at Universal, even without going on the coasters. She was nervous about the big rides, and we did not push her. I had worried the ticket might not feel worthwhile, but seeing how much she still loved it put that concern to rest.

Magic Kingdom had enough variety to keep all of us interested, and it was the one park everybody wanted to revisit. Our youngest loved the characters, while the older child preferred TRON. My own favourite was Haunted Mansion, so we did not all agree on the highlights.
