Animal Kingdom is the closest Disney park at 15.3 miles and around 18. EPCOT is 15.2 miles and roughly 21, Hollywood Studios 15 miles and around 25, and Disney Springs 17.6 miles and about 23.

Universal Orlando sits at 23.7 miles and roughly 30 minutes, with SeaWorld at 20.5 miles and around 31. Both are comfortable as full days rather than half days, and the return run after a late park close is the one that drags. Plan those two as complete days with an early start.

Orlando International is 31.3 miles and about 37 minutes. That is a real transfer at the end of a long flight, so factor it into the first day along with collecting the hire car and doing the supermarket shop, and accept that day one belongs to logistics rather than to a park.
